The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. We also appreciated the organized reservation system for restaurant tables. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated near key sights and landmarks, making it easy for us to explore the city.
It was unacceptable that we had to purchase a bottle of water during lunch and dinner when it should have been provided as basic amenities. This made us feel uneasy and uncomfortable during our stay.

Staffs were well trained and welcoming, they had good customer service and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. The restaurant had reserved tables, and this was good as we didn't have to wait to be seated. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the meals.
During our stay, we discovered that they didn't provide water during meals. We had to purchase bottled water separately, which was not convenient for us.
